14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the full purchase price. No questions asked, no conditions.

Pass Guarantee

The Pass Guarantee covers you for 30 days beyond that with proof. It applies when all of the following are true:

• Only our full 80-question exam simulation counts; shorter practice sets and study mode do not qualify.
• You scored at least 90% in your last two full simulations before taking the real exam.
• You failed the corresponding real Scrum.org exam and can prove it with a screenshot or photo of your Scrum.org result.
• You claim the guarantee within 30 days of your purchase.

Email your proof to support@prepforscrum.com and we refund 100% of the purchase price.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days for the refund to appear.
